Day to Night! ;)

Happy Labor Day Everyone!!

I've just posted a video for this look on my YouTube channel!! Just in time for your Labor Day festivities!!

DAY LOOK

T-Shirt: Old Volunteer Shirt
Baroque Print Pants: Target
Nina Pointed Platform Pumps: Ross
Structured Handbag: Thrifted
Accessories: Personal Assortment

The black t-shirt gives the pants an urban edge that's very trendy at the moment. I love playing around with classic pieces and this pairing proved to be lots of fun!!

I took these Baroque print pants to the evening by lightening things up a bit. Here's what I mean...

EVENING LOOK

Crop Top: Ross
Baroque Print Pants: Target
Strappy Heels: Payless Shoes
Clutch: Thrifted
Accessories: Personal Assortment

A light colored crop top takes away the edge from this look by adding softness. There is a femininity and class to this look that is absolutely endearing! I love this look!

Here's a side by side!

For both of these looks the accessories played an integral part. When trying to pair accessories to your look I say trial and error is the best method!! Keep switching up your combinations until you find the best mix of earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and handbags. My rule of thumb: LESS IS MORE!

Puerto Rico!

For our 5-year wedding anniversary, Joe and I were blessed to have been able to travel again. We stayed in gorgeous San Juan Puerto Rico for 4 amazing days!

I've posted some video diaries from our trip on my YouTube channel. You can check them out HERE.

While in Puerto Rico, we decided to renew our vows. Renewing our vows helps us remember and honor the covenant we made with God. Marriage is very serious to me and whenever we renew our vows that demonstrates that seriousness to the Lord.

The following are photos intended to highlight our trip. Hope you enjoy.
